Biological activity:

Coniferylferulate, a potent inhibitor of glutathione S-transferase (GST) isolated from Angelicaesinensis, reverses multidrug resistance and downregulates P-glycoprotein. Coniferylferulate strongly inhibits human placental glutathione S-transferase.

Chemical Properties:

Yellow paste, soluble in methanol, ethanol, DMSO and other organic solvents, derived from the rhizome of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.
